20% of All Book Proceeds in June and July Donated to Charity for Juvenile Arthritis

I’m happy to announce that my book, Am I Half Giraffe?: A Multilingual Book for Children (@amihalfgiraffe/#amihalfgiraffe), the first book written in 5 complete languages, 1 book, 1 heartfelt story–is doing its part by donating 20% of all children’s book proceeds for the months of June and July to help with funding research and programming to raise awareness to cure pediatric rheumatic disease (aka, juvenile arthritis); an autoimmune disease that affects 1 in 1000 children who will develop some form by age 18. JA is a precursor for other debilitating diseases, and in children unfortunately it can lead to chronic pain and even death.

For another back to back year, I will personally be cycling 525+ miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles over 8 days with the Arthritis Foundation and in honor of my mom who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. So, I’m proud to contribute 20% of your book purchase to fund AF’s mission to help children and all those suffering with arthritis for years to come.
