United Friends for the Children’s Panel to Empower Foster Youth Education and Employment

UFC PanelSaturday, March 12, 2016 | Los Angeles, CA – Loved volunteering as a guest panelist today for United Friends of the Children’s “Preparing Foster Youth for a Future that Works” program. Today we spoke to 9th and 10th grade SCHOLARS who are defying the odds in LA’s foster care system — 100% of the 1,400 youth the program serves graduate from high school, and over 80-90% go to college through the program!
