Please Support My 4th Consecutive California Coast Classic 525+ Mile Cycling Tour for Charity

September 9 – 16, 2017 | San Francisco, CA to Los Angeles, CA – Ever since my first cycling tour for charity with the Arthritis Foundation’s 2014 California Coast Classic, I’ve been hooked! Needless to say, I am already gearing up for my 4th bike tour for yet another epic experience in honor of my mother, my honored teammates and the thousands of children battling debilitating forms of arthritis, many of whom come out to cheer us on throughout the 8 days on the tour.

Yet again, I’ll be joining about 250 other remarkable and giving individuals from around the world who find it in their mission to undergo the elements (and all 26,000 feet of climbing!) to get to the finishline in order to raise awareness and funding to meet our collective charitable goals for research and programming. Seeing the California coast in such an intimate way is worth every single minute, not so much for the scenery (though it does help it’s along the coast!), but because of the wonderful people and memories that are gained each and every year.

Truth be told, when people ask why I put my body through this every year, I am reminded of how much pain my mom endures while battling chronic and severe arthritis which is a precursor for other ailing diseases that unfortunately, most of us may encounter one day. So in honor of my mother, Sukye Bullock, who is battling rheumatoid arthritis and who also dedicates her time participating in clinical trials to help others like her find a cure, this is the least I can do.

That said, if you would like to support my 2017 fundraising efforts, every little bit counts. All funds raised are tax-deductible and go directly to the cause, not to any riders or third party entities. I would have it no other way. We are all in this together. Onward!
